ALAVIS™ CURENZYM Enzymotherapy
Contains a special mix of plant enzymes which reduce the symptoms of inflammation, reduce swelling, including lymphatic channel inflammation, affect a number of immunological processes in the body and support treatments for tumours.

Plant enzymes, in comparison to animal enzymes, are more active and remain active over a wider pH range, which means that they are already active in the stomach, in contrast to animal enzymes which are not.

Enzymes are complex proteins which fulfil an important role in the body as biocatalysers – permitting and regulating all processes which are required in order for biochemical reactions to take place in the body. Natural enzymes, in contrast to other medicines, do not work on the symptoms or origins of a specific disease, but rather mobilise the immune system in order that the body can deal with the disease or its dangers as best it can on its own.

The enzymes in ALAVIS™ CURENZYM Enzyme Therapy reduce the symptoms of inflammation, reduce swelling, including lymphatic channel inflammation, affect a number of immunological processes in the body and support treatments for tumours etc.

Dosage table:

Small breeds of dog and cat 1 – 5 kg (2–11 lb) 1 capsule 1 x per day
Small dog breeds 5 – 15 kg (11–33 lb) 1 capsule 2 x per day
Medium dog breeds 15 – 30 kg (33–66 lb) 2 capsules
Large dog breeds 30 – 45 kg (66–100 lb) 3 capsules
Very large dog breeds 45 kg (100 lb) or more 4 capsules
Method of use: The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with a small amount of food. Give the preparation at least 30 minutes before a meal is provided.

Period of use: The period of time to use ALAVIS™ CURENZYM Enzyme Therapy depends on the situation.
to support healing of post-operative soft tissue, give approx 5 – 7 days before the operation and for a further 2 weeks after
for operations on bones etc., give 5 – 7 days before the operation, and for a further 4 – 6 weeks after the operation
to promote tissue healing after injuries depending on the extent of tissue damage – soft tissue or minor damage 2 weeks, more extensive tissue damage 3 weeks, bone tissue 4 – 6 weeks
to assist in cancers – long-term
for infections, continue to use for 3 – 5 days after symptoms have gone
in viral or bacterial diseases, continue to use for a further 3 – 5 days after symptoms have gone
